This is as much common courtesy as anything else, but, it’s disheartening how few people abide by the rule.
Really, it applies for everything: movie theatre seats, the bus, lineups. The more cramped you are, the harder it is to look cool. It’s all about perspective. You want to allow others a certain amount of distance so that they can properly take you in.
Remember, it’s the space in between where the magic really happens.

Identifying your goals, whether it pertains to a certain amount of weight lost or physical aesthetics,
is the first step to losing weight. Do yoou just want to shave off those few extra pounds you gained
over the holidays, orr do you want to fit into clothing
that is a size or two smaller than what you currently wear?
Think about why you want to lose weight. Know what your weight loss goalps are.
It can be as specific as a set amount of weight you wanmt to lose, or as general as overall fitness.
Make sure you keep track of your progress.
Only weigh yourself one time weekly. If you weigh yourself multiple times a
day, your anxiety levels will be high. You should keep track of
all of the foods you consume and their calorie count in a food diary.
Remember to keep a note of anyy drinks and snacks that you consume.
Writing down what you consume can sometimes stop you from making poor diet decisions.
Don’t let yourself become extremely hungry. This will lead to very poor choices
in foods. Do not let this happen to you. Plan your foods, pack them and have them at your side at all times.
Pack a healthy lunch and brown-bag it instead of eating out to both
savve money and enjoy a more nutritious meal.
A weight loss plan that incorporates both diet and exercise is best.
Clear youir schedule for a feww hours a week to enjoy some fun workouts.
Choosing a workout that you genuinely enjoy can make your exercise time a
priority inn your schedule instead of something you forget about.
Do you enjoy spending time with your friends? Shoot some hoops with them!
Are you a wild one? Hit a Jazzercise class! Do you escape life by going out intro nature?
Hit those hiking trails!
To stop eating unhealthy foods, make it harder to obtain. Hide thhe
food or remove it from your environment completely. You are more lilely to eat healthy foods if you
are surrounded by them.
One of the best things to help you stick to your weight loss routine is a good support system.
Have your friends givve you support aand encouragement. When you feel like giving up, they
will be there tto cheer you on. The can elp motivate youu to get moving
when you have lost the will to exercise. Wouldn’t you want tto do
the same for your friends?
